Jennifer Bouman State Farm Account Representative located in Riverside CA handles my account with extreme professionalism; she is always so sweet and pleasant. She makes my experience with State Farm feel so personable. Doesn’t matter how many questions I have, any challenges related to my account, last minute questions, questions on the weekend, etc she is always there. In others words, her turn around response is “immediate”; by phone, text or email she always there to take care of me.
